ANZ ATM Money Run - Terms and Conditions of Entry
- Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry.
- Entry is open to all permanent Australian residents.
- The promotion commences on Monday 7th August 2006 at 9:00am AEST and concludes on Monday 11th September 2006 at 6pm AEST [Competition Period].
- To enter the competition, participants will be required to access the ‘ANZ ATM Money Run’ game via the URL www.anzmoneyrun.com during the Competition Period. Upon completion of playing the game, the player will be asked to complete an online registration form with their name, phone number, postcode, and age. The player judged to have the highest score at the conclusion of the Competition Period will be deemed the winner.
- Participants may play as many times as they like.
- In the event that there are two or more players with the highest score, a prize draw will be conducted to determine the outright winner at 10:00am on Tuesday 12th September 2006 at Legion Interactive, Level 8, 155 George St, Sydney NSW 2000.
- The winner will be notified by telephone, mail and their name will be published in the Australian newspaper on Tuesday 19th September 2006.
- Major prize: 1 x $500 cash deposited into a nominated ANZ bank account.
- The total maximum prize pool is valued at $500 (including GST).
- In the event the prize is unclaimed or the winner cannot be contacted, the Promoter shall conduct such further draws at 10:00am on Thursday 28th December 2006 at Legion Interactive, Level 8, 155 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000, subject to State Regulation. In the event of a redrawn winner, their name will be published in The Australian newspaper on Friday 5th January 2007.
- The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. Prize values are GST inclusive and are in Australian dollars and are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.
- If the winner is under the age of 18 years the prize will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian.
- The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspects of the competition is final and binding on every person who enters and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Prize winners are advised that Tax implications may arise from their prize winning and they should seek independent financial advice prior to the acceptance of the prize.
- The winner agrees to the use of their name, image and photograph/s for publicity and promotional purposes, without compensation, and agrees that the Promoter will own copyright in any such images and photograph/s and in all material incorporating the photograph/s.
- The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
- All entries become the property of The Promoter. All entries will be entered into a database and The Promoter may use the entrant’s names, addresses and telephone numbers for future promotional and publicity purposes as well as to inform entrants of future offers and/or products and services that may be of interest to them in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid unless otherwise advised by the entrant. If entrants do not consent to their details being used for future marketing purposes, the entrant should contact The Promoter on their details set out below. Any request to update, modify or delete the entrant’s details should be directed to The Promoter.
- If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and, subject to any written directions given by the various Lottery Departments, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
- In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders it's determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the event and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to State Regulation.
